What Is the Fog We’ve Been Living In?

  • Constant pressure to perform, prove, or produce

  • Fear-based systems of control, scarcity, and separation

  • Repeating cycles of shame, numbness, and emotional avoidance

This fog was never personal. It was inherited. Cultural. Systemic. It seeped into our thoughts, relationships, values—even the way we defined success and safety.

And because we were born into it, most of us never questioned it.

Like fish swimming in water, we didn’t know we were in it—until something inside us began to wake up.


Who Has Been Asleep—and Why?

It’s not a global tipping point—yet. But it is a turning point. A vital one.

Each choice we make to come back to presence, to honour our truth, to shift our inner state—adds to the field of change. Not through force, but through frequency.
