The Ageless Empress is a 6-week holistic journey for women 70+ to cultivate vitality, clarity, calm—and support lasting mobility and strength—through gentle yet powerful practices.
Led by the warm and wise Maria Andrews, this uplifting series weaves together a beautiful mix of experiences that include:
Chair Yoga – Accessible movement to support mobility, enhance balance, build strength, and nourish flexibility.
Mantra Meditation – Sound practices to nourish the mind and support brain health and emotional wellbeing.
Tapping (EFT) – A gentle, guided technique to ease stress and regulate the nervous system.
Reiki Circle – A calming energy practice to restore balance and promote peace and renewal.
