A 6-Week Dance Experience for Energy, Expression & Awakening
Shakti Flow is not your average dance class.It’s a 6-week embodiment journey designed to awaken the energy within you — physically, emotionally, sensually, and spiritually.
Each session begins with a grounding breath to help you land in the space, gently dissolving the noise of your day. You’ll be guided to drop out of the mind and into the body — clearing space to move from presence, not performance.
From there, we move through a powerful dance ritual that works with the body’s energy centres — the chakras — helping you release what’s blocked, activate what’s been dormant, and reconnect with the inner current of joy, sensuality, and life force.
