Meditation is how we remember who we really are — beyond the noise, beyond the story.


Join Rachael Seymour for four guided sessions exploring meditation as a living, energetic practice. You’ll experience breath, mantra, movement, and Yoga Nidra as pathways to move emotion, settle the nervous system, and expand awareness.

You’ll learn what’s actually happening inside your body and energy field when you meditate, and how these simple practices begin to rewire your consciousness over time.


Perfect for beginners or anyone ready to go deeper, this course will help you understand meditation not as a technique — but as a way of being awake in your life.


The four consecutive Tuesday sessions would be:

  • Learn to Meditate

    One price per household — everyone is welcome to join. Your ticket gives you access to four live online sessions (via Zoom) plus any replays if you can’t make it live. You’ll also receive four weeks of meditations to experience daily on your own, supporting your personal practice between classes. Partners, family, or friends are welcome to join from the same space and experience the journey together.
