Through guided practices, shared presence, and spacious time for rest and integration, you will be supported to reconnect with your natural clarity and inner steadiness.

This is the larger bedroom in the shala, set up for two people: with twin beds or one shared double bed. The bathroom is shared only with the one other room in that shala Even when shared by two people, this remains a single room within a two-room shala, not dorm-style accommodation.
